U.S. District Court Dismisses Federal Lawsuit Against Reproductive Equity Now Foundation
The Reproductive Equity Now Foundation (RENF) released the following statement after the United States District Court of Massachusetts ruled to fully dismiss the lawsuit, A Woman’s Concern v. Maura T. Healey et al. The Reproductive Equity Now Foundation, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and RENF President Rebecca Hart Holder are all dismissed from the litigation on the merits of the case, concluding that the plaintiff’s claims failed as a matter of law.
